How to make it

  • Cook the chicken in a frying pan with oil until it's white on both sides.
  • Mix together the mayo, soup, curry powder and lemon juice then set aside.
  • Layer the bottom of a roast pan with the broccoli and cauliflower and put the chicken breasts on top.
  • Cover with the soup mixture then sprinkle with cheese and cook at 350 degrees for one hour.
