Tequila Lime Chicken Chili

                    - 1/8 cup olive oil shopping list
 - 3 cloves garlic minced shopping list
 - 2 cups white onions chopped shopping list
 - 4 tablespoons chili powder shopping list
 - 2 tablespoons cumin shopping list
 - 2 tablespoons coriander shopping list
 - 2-1/2 pounds boneless chicken thigh meat ground coarse shopping list
 - 4 cups chicken broth shopping list
 - 30 ounces tomato sauce shopping list
 - 4 tablespoons tomato paste shopping list
 - 1 cup tequila shopping list
 - 1/2 cup lime juice shopping list
 - 1/2 cup cilantro chopped shopping list
 - 2 tablespoons dried basil shopping list
 - 2 tablespoons oregano shopping list
 - 4 tablespoons savory shopping list
 - 1 tablespoon salt shopping list
 - 2 tablespoons black pepper shopping list
 - 3 bay leaves shopping list
 - 2 tablespoons granulated sugar shopping list
 - lime wedges and cilantro chopped shopping list
 
How to make it 
                    - In large Dutch oven heat olive oil over medium high heat.
 - Add onion, garlic, chili powder, cumin and coriander then cook until onions are softened.
 - Add chicken and cook until no longer pink.
 - Stir in tomato sauce, paste, tequila, lime juice, cilantro and remainder of seasonings.
 - Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer 2 hours stirring occasionally.
 - Remove bay leaves and adjust seasonings if needed.
 - Garnish with fresh cilantro and slice of lime then serve over rice.
