Ingredients

3/4 cup corn flakes crumbs

3 tbsp sesame seeds

salt & pepper to taste

1 broiler chicken cut up

1 cup mayonnaise

Directions

Preheat oven to 350F.

Combine first 3 ingredients.

Set aside.

Coat chicken with mayonnaise and dip in combined cereal crumbs.

Place in a greased baking pan and bake for 1 hour or until tender and the juices run clear.
