How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • Combine first 3 ingredients.
  • Set aside.
  • Coat chicken with mayonnaise and dip in combined cereal crumbs.
  • Place in a greased baking pan and bake for 1 hour or until tender and the juices run clear.
