From Wisconsin Cheese Recipe Site; this is a neat soup recipe by Chef Steve Fiore Chiappetti. I like to toast the bread and put a slice at the bottom of each plate.

I reckon that I'd also like a thick, crusty toast, under a plate of this also. As well as, I'd be goin' light on the bread cubes, because if it's reasonable bread, it's got to be better off being toast under the second plate of this stuff. That'd do me fine, thank you. ;) This shall be served on the weekend!

Oh Victoria, you hit my taste-bud nerves with this one! I love, love, love cauliflower cheese soup - one of my favorites. I am going to try this recipe this week (it's cooling off in a couple more days)...will keep you posted on my results - it sounds fantastic!
