Smoked Gouda Pimento Cheese

This is a twist on an old Southern favorite, pimento cheese. I had this the other night and couldn't stop eating it.
Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded smoked gouda cheese shopping list
- 1 cup white sharp shredded cheese shopping list
- 1 small jar pimentos shopping list
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper, minced shopping list
- 1 jalapeno pepper, minced shopping list
- 1 cup mayonaise shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Mix everything together. Chill for about an hour and serve with crackers, celery, on sandwiches, on top of a hamburger. Whatever you desire!
