So Good Its Sinful Salad

This is a salad that my mother has been making as far back as I can remember. It's always on our table at Christmas, but I like it all year long. Enjoy
Ingredients
- 6 ounces strawberry gelatin shopping list
- 1 cup boiling water shopping list
- 1 cup mashed bananas shopping list
- 1 cup chopped pecans shopping list
- 20 ounces frozen strawberries shopping list
- 20 ounces crushed pineapple drained shopping list
- 1 pint sour cream shopping list
How to make it
- Combine gelatin and boiling water then cool.
- Add bananas, pecans, strawberries and pineapple then stir well and divided in half.
- Pour half into oblong pan then refrigerate 1 hour to set.
- Keep remaining gelatin at room temperature.
- Spread sour cream over gelatin then pour on remaining gelatin.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours but preferably overnight.
