How to make it

  • Combine gelatin and boiling water then cool.
  • Add bananas, pecans, strawberries and pineapple then stir well and divided in half.
  • Pour half into oblong pan then refrigerate 1 hour to set.
  • Keep remaining gelatin at room temperature.
  • Spread sour cream over gelatin then pour on remaining gelatin.
  • Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours but preferably overnight.
