How to make it

  • Bring a cup of water to boil with 3 teaspoons of sugar and then add about half a can of dried, pitted prunes. Simmer them for about 10-15 mins, then put them in a food processor to get them nicely mashed up.
  • Fill each shell with sweet prune mix and sprinkle confectioner's sugar on top.
  • I like to add a little grated zest on top and lemon rind slivers on plate for garnish.
