champignon ala ajillo

- 1/2 pounds oyster or chantarelle mushrooms. shopping list
- 4 cloves of garlic slivered shopping list
- 3 table spoons virgin olive oil shopping list
- 14 cup dry sherry shopping list
- 1/2 cup finely chopped flatleaf parsley shopping list
- generous pinch of cayenne pepper shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
How to make it
- heat oil in a large frying pan over high heat. put the mushrooms in and toss to be coated. add garlic and cook for few seconds. sprinkle
