- 5 lbs flanken beef ribs shopping list
- 1 C La Choy Soy shopping list
- 1 C White sugar shopping list
- 1 C water shopping list
- 1/4 C chopped green onions shopping list
- 2 TBS Minced garlic shopping list
- 3 1/4" thick ginger root slices shopping list
- 3 TBS sesame seed oil shopping list
- 5 TBS roasted sesame seeds shopping list
- 2 TBS Crushed Red Chile peppers (Optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Mix water, sugar and soy till sugar is disolved
- Add rest of ingredients and mix well
- Rinse ribs under water
- Place ribs in sauce for 6 hours in fridge
- Grill until MEDIUM RARE
- Do NOT over cook
- Serve with Hot Sticky Rice (Calrose, Hinode) along with Namasu (pickled cucumber, carrots) and a side of Macaronin Salad
