Ingredients
  • 5 lbs flanken beef ribs
  • 1 C La Choy Soy
  • 1 C White Sugar
  • 1 C Water
  • 1/4 C chopped green onions
  • 2 TBS Minced Garlic
  • 3 1/4" thick ginger root slices
  • 3 TBS Sesame Seed Oil
  • 5 TBS Roasted Sesame Seeds
  • 2 TBS Crushed Red Chile Peppers (Optional)

Directions
  1. Mix water, sugar and soy till sugar is disolved
  2. Add rest of ingredients and mix well
  3. Rinse ribs under water
  4. Place ribs in sauce for 6 hours in fridge
  5. Grill until MEDIUM RARE
  6. Do NOT over cook
  7. Serve with Hot Sticky Rice (Calrose, Hinode) along with Namasu (pickled cucumber, carrots) and a side of Macaronin Salad
