Ingredients

How to make it

  • Mix water, sugar and soy till sugar is disolved
  • Add rest of ingredients and mix well
  • Rinse ribs under water
  • Place ribs in sauce for 6 hours in fridge
  • Grill until MEDIUM RARE
  • Do NOT over cook
  • Serve with Hot Sticky Rice (Calrose, Hinode) along with Namasu (pickled cucumber, carrots) and a side of Macaronin Salad

    Jess, I had to peek at this one recipe tonight. I love Kalbi ribs! Your recipe sounds so good, too. I love that you add the chile peppers and will be trying your recipe out probably over the weekend! Thanks for sharing it with all of us here!
