Ingredients

How to make it

  • Lightly grease a rectangular baking dish then set aside.
  • Stir together evaporated milk, banana, eggs, granulated sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and extract.
  • Place croissant pieces in prepared baking dish.
  • Pour egg mixture evenly over croissants pressing pieces down to be sure they are all moistened.
  • Combine brown sugar, flour, melted butter and 1 teaspoon cinnamon then stir in pecans.
  • Sprinkle over croissant mixture then bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
  • Let stand 30 minutes then serve warm topped with whipped cream or ice cream.
