Banana Pecan Streusel Bread Pudding

- 12 ounces evaporated milk shopping list
- 4 medium ripe bananas mashed shopping list
- 3 beaten eggs shopping list
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar shopping list
- 1 tablespoon vanilla shopping list
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract shopping list
- 2 large croissants cut or torn into 1" pieces shopping list
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar shopping list
- 2 tablespoons all purpose flour shopping list
- 1 tablespoon butter melted shopping list
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans shopping list
- whipped cream or ice cream shopping list
How to make it
- Lightly grease a rectangular baking dish then set aside.
- Stir together evaporated milk, banana, eggs, granulated sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and extract.
- Place croissant pieces in prepared baking dish.
- Pour egg mixture evenly over croissants pressing pieces down to be sure they are all moistened.
- Combine brown sugar, flour, melted butter and 1 teaspoon cinnamon then stir in pecans.
- Sprinkle over croissant mixture then bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
- Let stand 30 minutes then serve warm topped with whipped cream or ice cream.
