Ingredients
- You take one water bottle, the cheap ones, with the thinner plastic lids. shopping list
- And one everyday writing pen. shopping list
- Push the pointy end of the pen through the lid of the bottle while the lid is still on the bottle. shopping list
- Kids have to suck to make the water come out to drink. shopping list
- If they drop it only a drop or two of water will come out, not a big water mess! shopping list
How to make it
- If this helps even one distraught parent, then it was worth putting out here!

This is what I am looking for. Because I had the Gastric Bypass I am supose to sip liquids, no gulping. Thanks for this post greatly apreciated.
