How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
  • Cream butter and sugar.
  • Add flour and cornstarch.
  • Roll out and cut into squares or rounds.
  • Bake on a cookie sheet in a slow 300 degree oven until lightly golden.
  • Baking time depends on your oven and altitude so keep a close watch on it.
