Garlic Parmesan Pita Chips

- 2 (7-8 inch) whole-wheat or white pita-bread rounds shopping list
- 1 1/2 tablespoon melted butter shopping list
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder shopping list
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 425
- Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray
- Cut each pita in half and, using your fingers, separate each half into two thin pieces
- Brush each side with melted butter, and stack several on top of one another
- Using a pizza cutter, slice each into four wedges
- Place on baking sheet
- Sprinkle cheese, garlic powder and italian seasoning evenly over bread wedges
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until crisp and golden brown
- Remove from oven and cool
- Makes 32 chips
- STORAGE TIP
- Store in a tightly covered TIN, not plastic. They will stay crisp longer
