How to make it
- SEASON CHICKEN. PUT A KNOB OF BUTTER IN A LRGE FRYING PAN ON HIGH HEAT TILL BUTTER START FOAMING. ADD CHICKEN AND COOK COVERD TILL BROWNED ALL OVER AND PARTLY COOKED. REMOVE AND KEEP WARM. ADD MUSHROOM TO PAN AND COOK OVER MEDIUM HIGH HEAT FOR ABOUT 4 MINUTES. STIRRING WELL TILL SOFTENED.. RETURN CHICKEN AND APPLES TO PAN AND REHEAT EVERYTHING. QUICKLY POUR CALVADOS.STAND BACK AND IGNITE. WHEN FLAMES DIED DOWN ADD THE CREME ONE SPOON AT A TIME UNTIL SMOOTH AND BUBBLING. COVER AND COOK FOR ABOUT 12 MINUTES.OR UNTIL CHICKEN IS TENDER. SERVE ON INDIVIDUAL PLATES AND SPRINKLE WITH FINELY CHOPPED PARSLEY
