ADD MUSHROOM TO PAN AND COOK OVER MEDIUM HIGH HEAT FOR ABOUT 4 MINUTES. STIRRING WELL TILL SOFTENED.. RETURN CHICKEN AND APPLES TO PAN AND REHEAT EVERYTHING. QUICKLY POUR CALVADOS.STAND BACK AND IGNITE. WHEN FLAMES DIED DOWN ADD THE CREME ONE SPOON AT A TIME UNTIL SMOOTH AND BUBBLING. COVER AND COOK FOR ABOUT 12 MINUTES.OR UNTIL CHICKEN IS TENDER. SERVE ON INDIVIDUAL PLATES AND SPRINKLE WITH FINELY CHOPPED PARSLEY
