- 2 pounds lean ground beef shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 large onion sliced shopping list
- 1 quart liquid tomato paste shopping list
- 1/4 cup olive oil shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 1 teaspoon oregano shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin shopping list
- 4 tablespoons flour shopping list
- 2 teaspoons sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Mix beef with eggs then add chopped onion, cumin, salt and pepper. Form into elongated balls and turn inside a bowl with the flour. Fry the floured meatballs in the oil at high heat. When cooked add the tomato paste and sugar and let cook for 15 minutes over medium heat.
