How to make it

  • Mix beef with eggs then add chopped onion, cumin, salt and pepper. Form into elongated balls and turn inside a bowl with the flour. Fry the floured meatballs in the oil at high heat. When cooked add the tomato paste and sugar and let cook for 15 minutes over medium heat.

    what is liquid tomato paste ? is it like tomato puree or tomato sauce? I would like to try this recipe,sounds very delicious!!
