Ingredients

How to make it

  • 1)Preheat oven to 400. Spray non-stick baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
  • 2)In medium saucepan, bring ½ cup water to a boil. Stir in margarine, then add flour and salt all at once and stir vigorously until mixture forms a ball and pulls away from sides of pan. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.
  • 3)Add eggs, one at a time, stirring after each addition until dough is smooth and satiny. Drop dough, by 12 tablespoonfuls, onto prepared baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown. Turn oven off. With toothpick, pierce sides of puffs several times; return to oven and let stand 10 minutes.
  • 4)Remove puffs from oven and cool completely on wire rack. Slice in half horizontally.
  • 5)To fill, divide fruit evenly among bottom halves of puffs. Spoon 2 Tbs. topping over each filled half. Place tops on each half; drizzle each with 1 teaspoon syrup.
