Frozen Pineapple Pie Recipe
FROZEN PINEAPPLE PIE This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Irvine Estate in Allen, Texas in 1994.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup finely crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 ounces frozen pineapple juice concentrate thawed
  • 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 8 ounces frozen whipped topping thawed
  • 22 ounces pineapple tidbits drained
  • 1/4 cup flaked coconut

Directions
  1. Combine graham crackers, butter and sugar then press mixture firmly into a pie pan.
  2. Combine juice, condensed milk, whipped topping and pineapple.
  3. Spoon over the crust and garnish with flaked coconut then chill several hours and serve.
