How to make it

  • Cook pasta al dente drain and set aside
  • Pan sear shrimp in one tbs olive oil, 2 cloves of the sliced garlic and fresh thyme. finish with butter, salt and pepper to taste
  • Heat remaining olive oil in medium saucepan,
  • Soften red pepper,chopped onion and remaining garlic.
  • Add stock and white wine and proceed to reduce 2/3rds on med/high heat
  • Add heavy cream and cheese, stirring continuously add pasta, shrimp and peas saute 2 minutes remove from heat and add egg yolks stir till cream thickens plate garnish with fresh parslely
