Rock Shrimp And Bowtie Pasta

- 16 OZ pasta shopping list
- 1LB of Rock shrimp peeled and deviened shopping list
- 1 cup of fish stock shopping list
- 1 cup of white wine shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper shopping list
- 1/2 cup frozen peas thawed shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped white onion shopping list
- 12 oz heavy whipping cream shopping list
- 4 tbs fresh grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1 tbs butter shopping list
- 2 egg yolks shopping list
- 1 tbs fresh chopped parsely shopping list
- 3 garlic cloves thinly sliced shopping list
- 2 tbs olive oil shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Cook pasta al dente drain and set aside
- Pan sear shrimp in one tbs olive oil, 2 cloves of the sliced garlic and fresh thyme. finish with butter, salt and pepper to taste
- Heat remaining olive oil in medium saucepan,
- Soften red pepper,chopped onion and remaining garlic.
- Add stock and white wine and proceed to reduce 2/3rds on med/high heat
- Add heavy cream and cheese, stirring continuously add pasta, shrimp and peas saute 2 minutes remove from heat and add egg yolks stir till cream thickens plate garnish with fresh parslely
