Ingredients
  • 3 links Italian sausage
  • 1 lb rotini pasta
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 tbsp, flour
  • 1 (14 oz) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 (8 oz) can pizza sauce
  • 1 (6 oz) can evaporated milk
  • 1 tbsp, dried oregano
  • ¾ cup diced pepperoni
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Cook and brown sausage.
  3. Cut sausages into 1” slices and then cut each slice in half.
  4. Cook Pasta according to package directions.
  5. Heat olive oil in a medium sized saucepan.
  6. Add onions and sauté until tender.
  7. Remove from heat and stir in flour very well.
  8. Return to medium heat and add undrained tomatoes, pizza sauce, milk and oregano.
  9. Stir until thickened.
  10. Add cut up sausages and pepperoni.
  11. Combine drained pasta and sauce.
  12. Place in a large casserole dish and sprinkle with cheese.
  13. Bake for 20 minutes or until hot.
