Olive Jam

- 2 cups pitted black olives, drained shopping list
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped shopping list
- 1 teaspoon drained capers shopping list
- 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme shopping list
- 3 anchovy fillets (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Whirl all ingredients in a food processor until a paste forms.
- Use with French bread, raw veggies crackers or pasta.
