How to make it

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking sheets with parchment paper. Combine coffee granules and 1 Tbs water until coffee dissolves.
  • Whisk flour,cream of tarter,baking soda,and salt in med. bowl. Beat butter and 1-1/2 c of the sugar in large bowl at med. speed 1 min. or till smooth. Beat in eggs,dissolved coffee and vanilla until blended. At low speed,beat in flour mixture until smooth doug forms.
  • Combine remaining 1/4 c sugar and cinnamon in small bowl. Roll 2 tablespoons of dough per cookie between hands into 1-1/2" ball;roll each ball in cinnamon sugar. Place 2-1/2" apart on baking sheets.
  • Bake 18 mins or till centers feel soft when lightly touched and edges feel firm. Cool on pan on wire rack 5 mins. Place cookies on rack;cool completely.

    Thanks Michele. I have done the snickerdoodles and the one I posted yesterday is good for that. The maple glazed cookie.I love my snowball cookies for an exchange!
