White Chocolate Party Mix Recipe Geranium / All my dishes

This yummy snack mix recipe was created by me, to enter into the state fair, it's delicious!

Ingredients
  • 1 (3 oz) bag microwave popcorn
  • 2 cups Rice Chex
  • 1 ¼ cup milk chocolate M&m’s
  • 3 ½ cups pretzels
  • 1 package (10 to 12 ounces) white chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Directions
  1. In a large bowl, combine popcorn, chex, m&m’s, and pretzels.
  2. In a microwave or heavy saucepan, melt chocolate chips and oil; stir until smooth.
  3. Pour over popcorn mixture and toss to coat.
  4. Immediately spread onto two baking sheets;
  5. let stand until dry, about 2 hours.
  6. Store in an airtight container.
