How to make it

  • Preheat grill to medium high heat. Husk corn, remove silk. Rinse under cold water, shake off excess water. Wrap each ear in foil.
  • Grill 15-20 min or until corn is tender, turning occasionally. Remove from grill, unwrap corn.
  • Meanwhile mix butter, Parmesan and parsley. Spread on corn.

    I have to admit last summer was the first time I ever wrapped my corn in foil and grilled it - we always just boiled it on top of the stove. But after trying this recipe, this is the only way I would do it now. Let me know how you feel after trying it!

    That's two recipes I've seen lately with instructions to wrap the ears in foil - we've never tried it that way, but your recipe sounds delish. Our local corn is now in, so we usually eat it 5 times a week (yes, we're addicted!) - we will be trying this method by the weekend. Thanks for the great idea!!
