Easy Pumpkin Pie Cookies

Yet another variation of the cake mix cookies! This time, after a discussion in a group, I decided to try and recreate those classic Thanksgiving dessert flavors...in an easy cookie!
Ingredients
- 1 spice cake mix(dry) shopping list
- 1tsp pumpkin pie spice mix shopping list
- 1/3 cup canned pumpkin or fresh pumpkin puree shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 2T softened butter shopping list
- 1/2 bag white chocolate chips shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients until well mixed.
- Chill dough for at least 30 minutes(dough will be sticky!)
- Roll or drop dough into spoonfuls onto prepared baking sheet or stone.
- Press lightly with lightly greased bottom of glass, etc, or a moistened glass dipped in sugar
- Bake at 350 for 12-14 minutes until edges are done.
- This is, obviously, a cakey cookie, not a light, crispy one...because it's a cake mix base

Love cakey cookies and this is a man style cookie. Gonna sneak me a small bag of chopped pecans in mine, If that's alright with you. :p
