Mystery Pecan Pie

- Pie: shopping list
- 1 package cream cheese (8oz) shopping list
- 1/3 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 1/4 cup chopped pecans shopping list
- 1 unbaked deep dish (9 in) pie shell shopping list
- Topping: shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 cup light corn syrup shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Combine all topping ingredients in a medium bowl and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, salt, vanilla and egg untill combined.
- Pour into pie shell.
- Top with chopped pecans.
- Pour topping over pecans.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
- Serve warm or at room tempature.

I made this last night & let sit all day in the fridge; it was sooo good!!!! This recipe is a fun twist on an old classic.
