Bacon Canapes

This appetizer disappears quickly. There never seems to be enough of this quick and easy appetizer
Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 1 cup of cheddar or swiss cheese, grated shopping list
- 1 pound of crisply cooked bacon, crumbled shopping list
- 1 roll of thin party pumpernickel or rye bread shopping list
How to make it
- Oven temperature 400 degrees
- Mix mayonnaise, cheese, and bacon together and spread on bread.
- Put in oven on cookie sheet and bake for 4 minues until bubbly and hot.
- Spread may be made ahead. Bacon must be very crisp.
