Chicken Stewed Tomatoe Parmigiana

- 8 large chicken breasts shopping list
- flour mixture: shopping list
- flour, pepper, salt, paprika, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, italian seasoning shopping list
- 3 cans (16 oz) Italian stewed tomatoes shopping list
- 3 tbsp cornstarch shopping list
- 3 tbsp oregano shopping list
- 1 can mushrooms drained shopping list
- Shredded mozzerella cheese shopping list
- Parmesean cheese shopping list
How to make it
- In 9 x 13 baking dish add enough olive oil to coat pan
- Roll chicken in flour mixture
- Place in pan and bake at 350 for 25 minutes
- Meanwhile:
- In saucepan simmer together:
- stewed tomatoes, cornstarch, oregano and mushrooms, add seasonings to your taste
- Take chicken out of oven and pour tomatoe mixture over chicken
- Top with mozzerella cheese and at least 1/2 cup Parmesean cheese
- Return to oven and cook 20 minutes or till chicken is done and cheeses are melted
- Serve over pasta or with warm Italian bread
