CHINESE LONG SOUP

- 1-1/2 tbsp. oil shopping list
- 8 oz. boneless lean pork (cut into strips) shopping list
- 4 to 6 oz. cabbage, shredded shopping list
- 6 cups chicken broth shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. fresh, minced ginger shopping list
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce shopping list
- 4 oz. chinese-style egg noodles shopping list
- 8 green onions, diagonally cut into 1/2" slices shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oil in wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork and cabbage. Stirfry until pork is cooked through and no longer pink. (About 5 minutes.) Add broth, soy sauce and ginger. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Stir in noodles and onions. Cook 1 to 4 minutes.
