Interesting... there must be 100 variations on Sausage Balls. Mine are called Sausage Muffin Balls. I gave up on trying to roll them into balls awhile back. They ended up too dry. I like the extra sausage you use in yours. May have to try that change on mine. As with you, I get orders to bring these to Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners.
