Ingredients

How to make it

  • Heat a stock pot to medium-high
  • add butter and veggies of your choice (except peas) & saute 2-3 min.
  • add chicken and some pepper and paprika, toss for a min or two
  • pour in chicken stock and cream of chicken, stir well
  • add parsley, bay leaves, and a bit more pepper
  • bring to a boil (takes about 15 min), meanwhile mix Bisquick mix & milk
  • add peas (optional)
  • drop small round balls of dough into pot, reduce heat to med-low
  • cook uncovered 10 min, stir gently
  • cook covered for 10 more min
  • top with a bit of fresh parsley & serve!

    aw man! this reminds me of this german dish my grandmother used to make. Only difference was it was some sort of beef gravy with cream and chicken... i gotta check this out!
