How to make it

  • We will number these for you! Just hit 'enter' after every step.Cook potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain off water. Add garlic, cheese, butter, cream and salt and pepper and mash potatoes until smooth. These potatoes are great. Some folks swear by cooking the potatoes whole and then cutting them before mashing. If you choose this method, you can check the doneness by sticking the whole potatoes with a sharp knife (or a toothpick). We also like to leave the skin on because it is supposed to contain most of the vitamins and minerals.
  • Cheese, butter and cream. Use low fat milk or evaporated milk rather than the cream.

    I would add that if someone was looking for one or more of these recipes they could not find them!? here people look for items with name showing, and there are so many great recipes listed here that it would be a shame if they didn't see them if they were looking for them as ....SPICY SHRIMP AND BROCCOLI or Pork Chops with Apples or EASY BASIL CREAM CHICKEN, and they and us would not be able to find them in the order like they are here. but could if the title is the headlines and they see it and click on it

    I'm dizzy!! lol!! too many to read here! sorry man! can't tell one from another, look like a different countries reading when they are so close like this! meant no offense! i know there are lot of great recipes here because you been posting so many good ones
