Creamy Garlic Pasta Recipe
This is an old family recipe that is very delicious and filling. It can by either a main course or a side dish when paired with anything from medallions of veal to chicken cutlets.

Ingredients
  • 1 lb egg noodles
  • 5 cloves of garlic , mashed
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pint cream
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • parsley, chopped
  • Parmesan cheese

Directions
  1. Fry mashed garlic in the olive oil until just slightly yellow, careful not burn the garlic or it will by bitter.
  2. Add cream and simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Add salt, pepper and nutmeg. Keep warm.
  4. Boil egg noodles until al dente and then drain.
  5. Place noodles on serving platter and cover with garlic sauce.
  6. Sprinkle with chopped parsley, Parmesan cheese and more pepper, if desired.
  7. Serve immediately.
