New Rules Casserole

- These are approximate: shopping list
- 1 1/2 Cups Protein rice (3/4 Cup rice & 1/4 Cup Soy beans) Leftovers shopping list
- 1 Cup Grated carrot (Raw I used a Huge carrot that could have eaten New York) shopping list
- 1 Medium onion (Diced) shopping list
- 3 Large cloves garlic (Large Dice) shopping list
- 1/2 Cup Sweet wine (I used leftover Rose) shopping list
- 2 Heels bread (toasted & Processed for breadcrumbs) shopping list
- 1 or 2 Cans tuna (water Packed Save enough liquid to fill 1/3 of the Soup Can) shopping list
- 1 Can cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon basil shopping list
- 1/2 Tablespoon tarragon shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat Oven to 350
- In a fairly large, heat resistant bowl, dump in the leftover Protein Rice, Leftover Veggie Cheat Peas & the huge raw Carrot (I diced or grated mine in the food processor).
- I then sauted the Onion until sweet in a frying pan. (About 2-3 Mins.)
- Added in the Basil & Tarragon & stirred.
- Poured in the Sweet Wine & added the Garlic.
- Cooked in frying pan until all the liquid is absorbed by the Onions & Garlic (About 3-4 mins.)
- Toasted Bread until brown & left out until just before I put it in food processor to "Crumb" it.
- Mixed the sweetened Onions & Garlic & the Tuna into the other ingredients in bowl.
- Dumped the can of Soup onto the ingredients in the bowl plus 1/3 Soup Can of Tuna Water & stirred.
- Made Bread Crumbs for the top.
- I also added a tad of Extra sharp Cheese, covered & put in oven.

This looks spectacularly good... I believe I could eat the whole lot, including carrot-zilla... Just the thing for a cold nearly-November night. Take care in those snowdrifts.
