  • Adjust the flavour accordingly to your taste. If you prefer less sour then add less vinegar.
  • You can make more dressing and keep it in the fridge.
  • Optional ingredients here are the sesame seeds and grated radish.

    i have just made it, leaving it over night. i usually see it much lighter, and i used rice vinegar with it...

    I agree with the others. Sounds great. I'm definitely going to try that dressing, I have all those ingredients already. My husband will thank you as he loves oil/vinegar dressings.
