A chicken chili casserole, with a little crunch added in. Yum!!!

Ingredients
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 3 oz cream cheese
  • 3 cups cooked chicken,chopped
  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 4 oz diced green chilies
  • 15 oz can chopped tomatoes
  • 15 oz can black beans;drained
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 cup crushed corn chips

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Mix together the sour cream, ricotta cheese, and cream cheese, until well combined.
  3. Add everything else except the tortilla chips and blend together.
  4. Pour into ungreased shallow 9"x13" pan.
  5. Top with corn chips.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes.
