Turkey Stuffing

This is an old family recipe that has been updated with the use of Jimmy Dean sausage instead of plain ground pork. It is very delicious either way!
Ingredients
- 2 pkg Jimmy Dean sausage (I use sage or hot) shopping list
- 4 cups cubed bread, softened with milk shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp pepper shopping list
- 1 onion shopping list
- 1/4 cup celery shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 2 Tbsp butter shopping list
How to make it
- Fry sausage meat and set aside.
- Saute onion and celery in butter.
- Mix all ingredients with sausage, onion and celery.
- Stuff turkey lightly ( can also be baked in a casserole).
