Ingredients
  • 4 boxes of white mushrooms, cleaned and thickly sliced
  • 1 large red onion sliced
  • 1/2 sick of butter
  • 1 cup plain yoghurt
  • 1 Tbs tomato puree
  • 1 Tbs cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground cloves
  • 1 1/2 cups Chicken or vegetable stock OR as needed
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped cilantro for garnish
  • Indian flat bread

Directions
  1. Saute the onions in the butter over low heat until golden.
  2. Stir in the tomato puree, cinnamon, cloves and still and cook over medium heat for a few minutes or until mixture thickens a bit
  3. Add the mushrooms and stir to coat them and add the salt, pepper, and chili powder and cook a minute or two.
  4. Add the stock and bring to a boil then simmer about 10 minutes.
  5. Garnish with the cilantro and serve with steamed rice and Indian flat bread

I have a mushroom plant down the road and they always have the best deals on there mushrooms and i always wounder what to do with them i get so many this is perfect i love curry.thanks.
