Fragrant Mushroom Curry

                    - 4 boxes of white mushrooms, cleaned and thickly sliced shopping list
- 1 large red onion sliced shopping list
- 1/2 sick of butter shopping list
- 1 cup plain yoghurt shopping list
- 1 Tbs tomato puree shopping list
- 1 Tbs cinnamon shopping list
- 1 tsp ground cloves shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups chicken or vegetable stock OR as needed shopping list
- 1/4 tsp chili powder shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- Chopped cilantro for garnish shopping list
- Indian flat bread shopping list
How to make it 
                    - Saute the onions in the butter over low heat until golden.
- Stir in the tomato puree, cinnamon, cloves , yoghurt and cook over medium heat for a few minutes or until mixture thickens a bit
- Add the mushrooms and stir to coat them and add the salt, pepper, and chili powder and cook a minute or two.
- Add the stock and bring to a boil then simmer about 10 minutes.
- Garnish with the cilantro and serve with steamed rice and Indian flat bread
