Cream Cheese Pumpkin Pie

nice switch from traditional pumpkin pie
Ingredients
- 1 pie crust shopping list
- 1-29 oz. can pumpkin shopping list
- 1 8 oz pkg. cream cheese, room temp shopping list
- 3 eggs, room temp shopping list
- 1/4 c brown sugar shopping list
- 1/4 c sugar shopping list
- 1 T. vanilla shopping list
- 1/2 t. pumpkin pie spice shopping list
- very small pinch of nutmeg shopping list
How to make it
- blend cream cheese,sugars, vanilla and pumpkin pie spice
- mix in pumpkin a little of a time til all is used
- add eggs, 1 at a time, making sure they are well blended
- pour into a pie crust and bake at 325 for 1 1/2 hours
- when completely cooled squirt whipped cream on top and drizzle chocolate across top
