Cheddar Puffs

- 1 cup= or 2 sticks butter shopping list
- 2 cups water shopping list
- 2 tsp. sugar shopping list
- 2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. cayeene pepper shopping list
- 2-to 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour shopping list
- 10 ounces shredded sharp cheese- want them hotter use 1/2 part pepperjack cheese shredded shopping list
- Equal to amount of 3 cups all together, shopping list
- 6 eggs shopping list
- paprika shopping list
- Pre heat oven 400 degrees shopping list
How to make it
- Combined: water butter sugar and salt and cayenne in large saucepan cook till butter melts. add 2 cups flour all at once reduce heat stir constantly with wooden spoon 1 minute. Pour into mixing bowl using a mixer with paddle attachments beat 1 minute on low speedto cool mixture increase speed to medium add eggs 1 at a time beat mix well before adding the next.Batter should be firm not runny if need ad additional 1/2 cup flour.
- Fold incheese drop by tablespooonsful onto pan lined with parchment paper sprikle with paprika
- Bake 10 minutes turn pan bake 10 more minutes
- lefover puffs can be frozen
