I hope I can get my cats to eat this. It would be so good for them come winter!!! Oh, this cat is called Precious, because well she is. I thought the picture of her snubbing the salad was to fitting!

Ingredients
  • small carrot peeled and grated
  • 1/4 cup peeled and grated zucchini
  • 1/2 cup chopped alfalfa sprouts
  • 1 tsp. finely chopped parsley
  • 1/8 cup chicken stock
  • 1/4 tsp dried or fresh catnip

Directions
  1. Combine veggies in a medium bowl.
  2. Add chicken stock and toss.
  3. Sprinkle with catnip and serve at room temperature.
  4. Store left overs in the refrigerator for up to 3 days
