  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 dash of black pepper
  • 2 cups of all purpose flour
  • 250 g of Gouda cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon of mik
  • 1 dash of salt and pepper
  • breadcrumbs
  • oil

Directions
  1. Put two cups of chicken broth in a pan.
  2. Add two tablespoons of oil, a teaspoon of salt, pepper to taste and bring it to boil.
  3. Add two cups of flour and mix well with a wooden spoon until the dough is smooth and loosens from the bottom of the pan.
  4. Put the dough on a plate and let it cool down for 5-10 minutes.
  5. Take a tablespoon of dough and flatten it in your palm.
  6. Put a small piece of cheese in the middle of the dough and roll it into a ball.
  7. Beat an egg in a bowl and add a tablespoon of milk, a dash of salt and pepper.
  8. Put the breadcrumbs in another bowl.
  9. Dip the balls in the egg and then coat them in the breadcrumbs.
  10. Deep-fry the balls in hot oil until golden brown all over.
  11. Put the balls on a paper towel and serve.
