Brazilian Cheese Balls

- 2 cups chicken broth shopping list
- 2 tablespoons of oil shopping list
- 1 teaspoon of salt shopping list
- 1 dash of black pepper shopping list
- 2 cups of all purpose flour shopping list
- 250 g of gouda cheese shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 tablespoon of mik shopping list
- 1 dash of salt and pepper shopping list
- breadcrumbs shopping list
- oil shopping list
How to make it
- Put two cups of chicken broth in a pan.
- Add two tablespoons of oil, a teaspoon of salt, pepper to taste and bring it to boil.
- Add two cups of flour and mix well with a wooden spoon until the dough is smooth and loosens from the bottom of the pan.
- Put the dough on a plate and let it cool down for 5-10 minutes.
- Take a tablespoon of dough and flatten it in your palm.
- Put a small piece of cheese in the middle of the dough and roll it into a ball.
- Beat an egg in a bowl and add a tablespoon of milk, a dash of salt and pepper.
- Put the breadcrumbs in another bowl.
- Dip the balls in the egg and then coat them in the breadcrumbs.
- Deep-fry the balls in hot oil until golden brown all over.
- Put the balls on a paper towel and serve.
