Crunchy Potato Chicken Recipe

CRUNCHY POTATO CHICKEN

an oven baked chicken dinner that has the appeal of fried chicken. This recipe I got out of the local newspaper.

Mix the first 5 ingredients together in a Ziploc Bag.
When thoroughly mixed, add 1 piece of chicken at a time to bag and shake to coat chicken.
Place on a greased baking sheet.
Coat all pieces.
Cook 15 minutes then flip chicken over.
Cook another 15 minutes or until the juices run clear.

Love it. A Shake & Bake where you know what you're Shaking the chicken in, instead of who knows what & only the manufacturers know how much salt. Terrific & marked accordingly my friend:)
