Crunchy Potato Chicken Recipe

an oven baked chicken dinner that has the appeal of fried chicken. This recipe I got out of the local newspaper.

Ingredients
- 1 box instant potato flakes
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp dill
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 6 pieces of chicken
Directions
- Mix the first 5 ingredients together in a Ziploc Bag.
- When thoroughly mixed, add 1 piece of chicken at a time to bag and shake to coat chicken.
- Place on a greased baking sheet.
- Coat all pieces.
- Cook 15 minutes then flip chicken over.
- Cook another 15 minutes or until the juices run clear.

Love it. A Shake & Bake where you know what you're Shaking the chicken in, instead of who knows what & only the manufacturers know how much salt. Terrific & marked accordingly my friend:)
