- 1 Tbs. canola oil shopping list
- 5 oz. Spanish chorizo, casing removed and sausage chopped shopping list
- 2 medium onions, coarsely chopped (about 3 cups) shopping list
- 3 celery ribs, coarsely chopped (2 to 2 1/2 cups) shopping list
- salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste shopping list
- 2 Tbs. chopped garlic shopping list
- 1 tsp. dried oregano shopping list
- 1 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth shopping list
- 1 large egg shopping list

I make it similar to this all year long - it is a great accompniment to pork and poultry dishes.
