Chicken Breast Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

6-8 skinless chicken breasts boned or not

1 jar dried beef

Bacon

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 8oz carton sour cream

Directions

Line casserole (9x13) with single layer of dried beef

Wrap each piece of chicken with bacon and arrange in dish

Mix soup with sour cream and pour over chicken (may sit refrigerated several hours or overnight before baking)

Bake in a very slow oven at 275 degrees for 3 hours

Do not salt the chicken - dried beef is enough
