Ricotta Mascarpone Pie Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 4 ounces of Mascarpone cheese
  • 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 9 inch pre-pared pillsbury piecrust(in refrigerator section)
  • Cinnamon for garnish before baking

Directions
  1. Combine the Ricotta cheese,mascarpone cheese,eggs,vanilla extract,and salt.,sugar
  2. Whisk together until smooth(or use a hand mixer)
  3. Pour into a prepared pie crust.
  4. Sift some cinnamon over the top sparingly
  5. Bake at 350 degrees in preheated oven for 40-45=minutes.
  6. Cool completely and chill several hours.
  7. Serve.
