Ricotta Mascarpone Pie

a wonderfull easy dessert pie that's easy and everyone will be impressed!
Ingredients
- 1 cup ricotta cheese shopping list
- 4 ounces of mascarpone cheese shopping list
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/8 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1 9 inch pre-pared pillsbury piecrust(in refrigerator section) shopping list
- cinnamon for garnish before baking shopping list
How to make it
- Combine the Ricotta cheese,mascarpone cheese,eggs,vanilla extract,and salt.,sugar
- Whisk together until smooth(or use a hand mixer)
- Pour into a prepared pie crust.
- Sift some cinnamon over the top sparingly
- Bake at 350 degrees in preheated oven for 40-45=minutes.
- Cool completely and chill several hours.
- Serve.
