Spicy and Moist Banana Cake with Dulce de Leche Frosting

This is my favorite cake of all times and so easy to bake. I love it for breakfast with a good double expresso soy latte...
Ingredients
- 1 cup light muscovado sugar shopping list
- 3 oz butter, melted shopping list
- 2 large eggs shopping list
- 4 right bananas, mashed shopping list
- 4 tbsp all purpose flour shopping list
- 1 tsp baking soda shopping list
- 2 tsp ground cinnammon shopping list
- 1 tsp ground ginger shopping list
- 1/4 cup strong coffee (I used expresso, the real thing) shopping list
- 1 cup dulce de leche - frosting shopping list
How to make it
- Whisk well all ingredients by the order I wrote above.
- Pour into a round prepared pan and bake in a 300F oven for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out almost clean.
- Place the cake on a wreck to cool.
- Put it on a nice serving plate and pour the dulce de leche over the cake.
