My friend made these for me. I love them and make them for my family a lot! The honey adds a wonderful flavor.

I added 1/2 cup of honey rather than 1/4 simply because I wasn't paying attention. I added an extra ~1/2 cup of whole wheat flour rather than chilling to make the dough easier to handle and to bulk up the recipe slightly.
These cookies are absolutely delicious, and each one comes out looking like a work of art. Great recipe.
