Rainbow Tie Salad

This is a delicious salad... Its hearty and would be great around the Holidays.....
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped shopping list
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped shopping list
- 1/2 cup yellow or orange bell pepper, chopped shopping list
- 1/4 green onions, chopped shopping list
- 1/4 cup yellow or purple onion, chopped shopping list
- 1 small bag of the sam bow tie pasta shopping list
- 1 small can shoe peg corn; drained shopping list
- Dressing: shopping list
- 1/2 cup extra virgin oilve oil shopping list
- 1/4 tsp Dijon mustard shopping list
- 1 Tbsp red wine vinegar shopping list
- 1/4 tsp black pepper shopping list
- 1 Tbsp ranch dressing shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Cook pasta according to directions.
- In a large bowl, combine all peppers, onions, corn and cooked pasta.
- Mix dressing and pour over pasta mixture and stir well.
- Optional ingredients: cherry tomatoes, grated cheese and bacon bits.
