Ramen Noodle Salad Recipe

How to make it

  • Break up noodles in large bowl. Add green onions,slaw mixture. Make dressing of vinegar,oil,sugar and packets that come with noodles. Add cahews to slaw mixture. Pour dressing over all.
  • Let sit 6 hours.

    I love this kind of salad, too and make it often. I've never tried adding cashews but will definitely try it! This is a great side dish with teriyaki chicken and rice. Thank you for sharing your recipe!
