- 1 can ( 15-oz ) garbanzo beans or chickpeas, rinsed and grained shopping list
- 1 can ( 14 ½ -oz ) Italian diced tomatoes low-sodium, un drained shopping list
- 1 ¼ cups low sodium V8 juice shopping list
- 1 cup reduced-fat beef broth shopping list
- 1 cup quartered cherry tomatoes shopping list
- ½ cup chopped seeded cucumber shopping list
- ¼ cup chopped red onion shopping list
- ¼ cup minced fresh cilantro shopping list
- 3 tablespoons lime juice shopping list
- 1 garlic clove, minced shopping list
- ½ tsp. salt shopping list
- ¼ tsp. hot pepper sauce shopping list
How to make it
- In a large bowl, combined all the ingredients: cover and refrigerate until serving. Yields: 6
